Introduction
Saw Pipes Limited, India' a part of the Jindal Group is the only manufacturer of Submerged Arc Welded (SAW) Pipes using U-O-E technology. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in India and USA Saw Pipes is poised to play a global role in building up pipeline infrastructure. For two decades, SAW Pipes Limited has been delivering eco-friendly, cost effective and reliable cross-country pipelines for transportation of natural gas, crude oil, petroleum products and water pipelines.
Contribution to the Society
	Child Education - Vidya Devi Jindal School at Kosi Kalan was founded in April 1989. The aim of the school is to give students an all round education, complete in physical, moral, social and aesthetic aspects. Conservation of nearly extinct/Rare arts and crafts - arts and crafts are nurtured through a unique tradition of hosting art festivals at the plant sites. Adult and female literacy - At Kosi Kalan, adopts villages to conduct literacy drives for adults, especially females. Health Camp - regular health camps are organized from time to time. These include physical health checkups, eye & dental care camps and specialty camps where treatment is given free of cost. Relief and Rehabilitation work at Gujarat Earthquake sites - Besides financial help the company is also involved the restoration and rehabilitation work in badly affected areas.

Kosi-Kalan Facility, Uttar Pradesh: Situated 100 kms from New Delhi, on the Delhi-Agra Highway. It is strategically situated and linked well to optimize necessary logistic support to clients. Mundra, Gujarat: To cater to the global market and be cost competitive, it was found necessary to establish a port based manufacturing unit. Nashik (Maharashtra): Baytown, Texas (U.S.A.): This plant is strategically positioned to ensure fast, dependable access to the U.S. and global pipeline market.

Saw pipes Ltd assures that every stage of production meets stringent ntarnational standards. Conformance to Standards Our quality control and quality assurance program is based on industry standards and established procedures, certified by ISO 9002 and API 5L & 2B or client specific requirements. Systems for Quality Assurance and Traceability Quality assurance is inbuilt into each stage of production from raw material purchase to finished goods handling. Each department meticulously adheres to the prescribed tests and inspections. Test results are recorded against identification numbers and archived to ensure full traceability of products. The test data is analysed to further evolve the processes for more stringent quality results.
